I can not complete setup of New Spotlight cam
troubleshooting

I can not complete setup of Spotlight cam, the camera sends out its temporary wifi ID of "Ring-e919ab" to my iphone, but the ring camera keeps saying unable to join the network "Ring-e06ab5".  But there is no Ring-e06ab5 network being broadcast from the camera to join, only the Ring-e919ab. is there a way to change the search ID to join over to Ring-e919ab Richard A

    Hi @user_41a4d4. In your iPhone settings, navigate to the Cellular menu, then scroll down and turn off WIFI Assist. This Help Center article here also has some great tips. Make sure you are also running the latest version of the Ring app and that your device is in setup mode.
