I added new cameras to my account and the one I already had deleted

Once added my new cameras the old one is no longer on my account. Which I had just paid for the year on it. And everytime I try to add it back it says it’s someone else’s camera. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hi @user35590. It sounds like you may have inadvertently created a new Location in the Ring app. Try changing you Location by opening the Ring app and tapping on you address at the top-center of the screen. You can manage your Locations with this information [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983). Let me know if this helps!
