How to reactivate
I have a wired floodlight camera in our driveway. It suddenly started randomly flashing its lights, but only occasionally, and with no pattern - just off and on repeatedly. Tried numerous things to stop it, and finally Deactivated it, thinking it would re-boot. But now I can't get it to re-activate! Everything I've researched says to find the QR code, well that's long gone in the packaging years ago. There must be an easier way to just reactivate this thing, what am I missing??

Thank you, but my camera actually doesn't have a QR code on the back, I think it's pretty old. What other option do I have?

JHi @user_a6e650. If that is one of the original Floodlight Cams that did not have a QR code, you can bypass scanning it. To do so, when the app asks you to scan when setting it up, select the option that says Other Options. Then Tap on the option that says "Can't scan QR code" and select Enter Code Manually. Now select the Camera that says "Floodlight Cam." You will be able to continue with your setup without scanning.

Hi @user_a6e650. Deactivating a device isn't the same as rebooting it, which is an option on the Device Health page. After you deactivate a device, you will have to perform a new setup in the Ring app to connect it to your wifi network again. The QR code, which you'll be prompted to scan during the setup, is located on the back of the camera.
