Has my stick up cams been hacked?

Xfinity keeps blocking two of my cams from contacting outside IP addresses. Doing a search on those addresses, they come back to Amazon servers. Is this normal or have my cameras been hacked?

    @Cwatsonjr The amazon servers will be AWS which Ring runs on top of.

      Thank you. I'll try to figure out how to keep xfinity from blocking contacting the ips.
