troubleshooting
The sensor is working but the lights aren’t illuminating. Brand new. Any solution other than replacing the unit? Thanks

Hi @672eb108e9b99a51a7c705341fac2c. The first step would be to go over your Light Settings and ensure that everything the Settings align with your expectation of how the Lights should work. You can find out more about your Light Settings in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam). Next, you'll want to evaluate the environment that the Floodlight is placed in. If there is enough ambient light in the general area of the Floodlight, the lights will not activate. If you've tried these suggestions to no avail, you can contact our support team for the next best steps. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
