Floodlight Camera

My floodlight camera is picking up motion and displaying date and time of this but not recording. I had to have my old floodlight camera replaced as the light didn’t work after just over a year and now this new one isn’t recording properly? I have checked WiFi and the location and that has not changed and the doorbell works fine
