Floodlight cam stuck on, can't hard rest
Just installed a new floodlight cam, after connecting it to the app and trying to use live view to adjust it , it suddenly stopped working. The light is constantly on, never goes off, the app shows it's offline, I tried turning the power off and on, also tried hard reset, no luck. As soon as the power is on, the light flashes as if it detected a motion and just stays on forever. Anyone else seen this behavior before? I have another floodlight cam installed and never had this issue. Not sure if this is a faulty cam or something wrong with my set up, but I can't even try again because even hard reset doesn't work

Hey @cma. Have you checked in the Ring App to see if the lights are toggled on? You can check this if you open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Devices \> your Floodlight Cam \> Lights Toggle. Try toggling this on and off and seeing the lights remain on the entire time on your Floodlight Cam. I'd also suggest looking at this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam), which goes over how to control the lights and the light Motion Zones for the Floodlight Cam specifically. If you're unable to get the lights to stay off after adjusting the settings and trying the toggle, please try reaching out to our support team at one of the numbers available[here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a closer look at your Floodlight Cam and determine what's going on. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19[here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
