Floodlight Cam Plus Setup - Device attempts to join wrong Ring network
When attempting setup of my Floodlight Cam Plus, I am able to proceed to the setup step where the camera attempts to join the Ring wireless network. It attempts to join the "Ring Setup ea" network, but the network name it has created is "Ring Setup f8". It repeatedly tries and fails to join "Ring Setup ea". After several rounds of this, it asks me to go to Settings on my iPhone and join the Ring Setup Network. When I do so, a push notification tells me setup has failed. This has occurred on 5 setup attempts with the same results each time. Please advise on how to fix.

Try the following steps to address your concern: - Reboot your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. - Try completing your setup using a different phone or tablet that is logged into the account you created on your original phone.
