Floodlight Cam - no light on motion

Hi, I do not have a light schedule set up. I do have it set to light on motion however the light is not being activated when motion is detected at night. It's recording motion but no light. I can manually turn the light on so there is no problem with the bulb. I have 3 floodlight cams, the other 2 are on the same settings and work well
