Floodlight cam motion issues

Have a floodlight cam that has been working fine for a few weeks now, but suddenly I get motion from it every few mins and when viewed the only thing that can be seen is shadows from tree branches. I have tried adjusting the motion zone and the sensitivity even reset but nothing has worked it is just saying there is motion every few mins.

You mention tree branches. Has it been windy? The cameras will easily pick up things like this and notify and record motion.
