Hey all, Just this past week I've noticed my floodlight cam lights not turning on when it detects motion. Everything else works fine, it detects motion and records and I can turn the light on manually. The setting to turn the light on when it detects motion is enabled, and my other spotlight cam is working fine. Has there been some sort of update that has broken it?

    Hi @Kevwadd. It's good to hear that everything else is working properly. Have you done any basic troubleshooting yet? If not, I'd start with toggling the light setting off and then back on and testing out if it comes on with motion detection as it should. If that doesn't work, try resetting the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button on the top for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know how that works and if this continues to happen! :)

      Seems to have righted itself without me doing anything. Maybe a temporary bug in the system.

        @Kevwadd Awesome, I'm glad to hear everything is working properly now. Definitely give those steps I listed above a try should you notice anything else like this happening with your Floodlight Cam. :)

          I am having the exact same issue. Everything else works but for some reason the motion lights just stopped working. I’ve tried resetting and toggling the light on off manually but still not automatically turning on with motion. Any help would be appreciated. This device is only a few months old and installed fairly high up on my house so going up to hard reset is becoming a pain. Thanks.
