Floodlight Cam has fallen offline

My flood light cam went offline yesterday. Electrician confirms power is running to unit. Tried every reset, holding the button on top down for 20 seconds doesn’t work. What advise can anyone offer?

Hi @Bethpage62. Does your Floodlight Cam enter setup mode when you push the top button? It should say it is in setup mode and flash white on the bottom. If it does enter set-up mode correctly, and you go through the setup process, when it fails to reconnect to WiFi, what does the Camera say, and what color does it flash?
