Flood lights flashing on and off....
I purchased the flood light camera, its hard wired in, and the food lights are flashing on and off. anyone have this issue and perhaps a solution?? the left one if flashing brighter then the right one. it is connected to the wifi

My Food light Pro cam, start flashing and all attempt to fix the issue failed. 20s push button reset and power cycle etc. My suspicion is, it's a hardware issues that Ring will not admit as they will have to refund money for failed units. The unit started flashing/strobing after power was off and on again. This is either a hardware/firmware issue, could also be front end power regulating circuits getting fried and not as well protected with power surges etc. They need to investigate and escalate this up to the design and long term reliability test team. I'm an Electrical Engineer and no way tech support or regular folks messing around, following troubleshooting hints will fix this. I'm disappointed with Ring. I was happy with older floodlights and other cams, they are still working. But the more expensive Floodlights Pro is dead! More dead than The Princess Bride dead. Such a waste of time and i threw the box so can't return easily back to Costco :(
