My floodlight camera works fine, it picks up the motion and gives me an alert. But at night the light is not coming on? This just started a couple of days ago. Any suggestions on what causes this?
Hi @Fluffy93. [Here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam) is a Help Center article that will go over how the lights on your Floodlight Cam should operate. If they're not acting this way, try removing power for 3 minutes, then power it back up. If this doesn't cause your lights to function like normal, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
