I have attempted to escalate an issue above standard customer support. Due to my problem being very non-standard. I have been provided with the best option is to throw away my cameras and buy new ones. I was told there is no way to help except for a secret customer code for 35% off. I need escalation of my issue to people who hold more access to the company than customer support.
