Downloaded vido is missing the first 6 seconds
Hi I am trying to download a video from last night. The video that i downloaded is missing the first 6 seconds compared to the video show in the app and on the Ring webpage. The problem is the same if down load in app or from homepage.

Hi @Thorkild. Glad to hear this is working for you. Sometimes, it can take a little while for the video to completely upload. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Sharing-and-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos#:~:text=Log%20into%20your%20web%20account,automatically%20download%20to%20your%20computer.) has information on sharing and download videos as well.
