Downloaded file names are meaningless now

Question

Recently, downloaded file names have changed from having the camera name and date/time of recording to a long meaningless list of characters. Please revert to the previous system so we see what the camera was and when the recordings were made.

I agree!  But first I'd like to be able to save any videos again.  Downloads worked on 7/29 but will not work since then.  Thought I got some to save on 7/30 but the zip file folder was empty so nothing saved.  I've spent h ours on the phone with tech support multiple times and each time I am forced to start all over again and go through the same troubleshooting steps before they will proceed to escalate the problem.  But then they didn't escalate and didn't inform me of that until I called again today and wasted another hour and a half on the phone, only to be promised they will escalate again!
