Dashboard
It seems there has been an issue with this before but the discussion was closed out after 30 days. I have multiple Ring outdoor cameras all wired directly. I recently put up a Spotlight Cam Plus. All the other cameras refresh at 25 seconds but this camera goes for minutes. Is there a way to have this update as frequently as the others?

@user_ac14c3. Since it is wired, it should work like your other Cameras. I recommend rebooting the Camera using the Ring app to see if it helps. You also want to make sure it has good signal strength. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

Hi @user_ac14c3. Specifically which type of Spotlight Cam Plus is this? Is it wired, or battery powered? The camera preview on the dashboard will update at different intervals depending on if a device is hardwired or battery powered. For reference, solar devices are considered battery powered, so the camera preview will not update as often as a hardwired device.
