Hi there I’ve bought a solar charger for my battery can pro … but cannot find any instructions or work out how to install it … any tips would be much appreciated thank you

Hi neighbors. Since we have several different types of devices, it’s important to ensure you purchase the correct accessory for your device. First, navigate to the Device Health page in the Ring app to find the model name for your device. Some examples would be Ring Video Doorbell 3 or Ring Spotlight Cam Battery. The Solar Chargers are designed for use with Ring Video Doorbells. If you have a Ring Security Camera, such as a Spotlight Cam Plus, you will need the Ring Solar Panel. We have more information on finding the correct accessories here as well. Feel free to let us know specifically which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera you have, as well as which solar accessory you have. Then we can point you in the right direction!
