CB Wired camera & flood light seems to be failing. Lights strobe and are dim

The camera light on my garage has one light that strobes and the other barely lights up now. I am not sure if I can or should get it repaired or just replace it. What are the guidelines for this? I also have another one in the back yard that the lights turn on when selected manually but they never work via the motion sensor.
