Cannot find WiFi after storm came?

Welp! My ring cameras are out of commission. Let me start from the beginning It seems like all my cameras were working great until a storm hit Houston, Texas. Now, they’ve been offline for days. I’ve tried everything - factory resets, reinstalling the Ring app, restarting the router, charging the camera’s battery, but no luck. When I try to connect to the Ring app, it only shows my neighbors’ Wi-Fi, not mine. My iPhone and laptops connect to my WiFi just fine, so I know it’s not a WiFi problem. I’m stuck and really need some help to fix this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
