Instructions for viewing snapshots say To view a snapshot, follow these instructions: 1. Open the Ring app 2. Tap a device on the Dashboard to enter Live View 3. Scroll to the left to see previous snapshots However I have no scroll-bar 🥴 I’ve paid the subscription, reset the snapshot feature, and re-loaded the App … … all to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can anyone show me a screenshot of the scroll-bar feature? TIA

Hi @Johnaldo1. First, ensure that you have [Snapshot Capture](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672-Using-Your-Snapshot-Capture-Feature) enabled and you have motion detection toggled on. If motion detection is toggled off, the Snapshot Capture feature will not work. Make sure to check under the [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) as well, since motion detection can be controlled there. When you access Live View, you won't see your Event History Timeline, which is where Snapshots are located. If you tap on End Live, this will bring you to your Event History Timeline where you can scroll back to view previous events and Snapshot images. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the feedback, Caitlin. I’ve checked all the settings you mention. However, there is no “End Live” button to tap on … … all I have is an X in the top left, but when I tap on that it just goes back to the dashboard page - there is no Event History Timeline displayed. John

@Johnaldo1 Can you please share a screenshot of the options you see on the Live View? This would give us a better idea of what you're seeing on your end.
