Cannot connect to Ring Camera Setup wi-fi signal

When trying to connect to the setup wi-fi signal from the ring camera, I keep getting an error that it cannot connect due to no ip address.

    Hi @user52259. What type of phone are you using for this setup? There are a few settings that you can toggle off to assist you with this. For iPhone, turn of your WiFi Assist. For Android, turn on Smart Network Switch. Let me know if this helps.
