Cameras not on App

I currently have a Ring Doorbell and a Ring spotlight camera and I am trying to add 2 more spotlight cameras but they are not showing up on the app but when motion is detected I get the alert, why can’t I see the 2 new cameras when I go into the app?

Hi @Holland1. Can you clarify what you mean when you say you can't see the new Cameras in the Ring App? Are they not appearing in the Devices list or on your Dashboard? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Ring App so a member of our team or of the Community can help. :)
