Hi @user10442. Is your Spotlight Cam registering and using the second battery after the first discharges? If not, please try the following troubleshooting steps: - Ensure both batteries are fully charged using the provided charging cable before installing them in the Spotlight Cam. The batteries may take about 8 hours each to fully charge. - Check for any dirt or debris in the battery sockets that may be interfering with the connection between the battery and the Camera. - After inserting both fully charged batteries, reset the Spotlight Cam by holding down the reset button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Camera back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Performing these troubleshooting steps should ensure that your Spotlight Cam is operating as intended.
