    Hi @user67527. These sorts of issues are usually related to the connection. Check the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Your-Ring-Device-s-Wifi-Signal-Strength) for each Security Camera on the Device Health page. The RSSI is a measure of the signal strength that your device has. A weak or unstable signal will impact the video quality and the performance of your device.
