 The above pics are what’s happening to my camera also the camera is not picking up motion at all . The camera is hard to connect to and when it does it will be clear for a second and then a mess . I have checked my internet it’s fine also have not changed my settings at all . I am thinking the camera is done. Oh I live in Phoenix AZ so heat is a factor. Any answers would be helpful

Hi @user57403. Wow, this is absolutely not how things should look! What specific camera model is this? What is the RSSI for this device? Is it connected to a 2.4 GHz network? To troubleshoot, start by performing a reset. After that, you can reconnect it to WiFi. Click [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408533336468-Quick-Fix-Guide-) for help with this. Try connecting it to a WiFi hotspot to see if this improves the quality. Let me know how this goes.
