Camera image goes intermittently black at night
troubleshooting

When I look on my phone at the camera image at night (so room is dark), the screen goes visible - black - visible - black etc. Battery is good and firmware is up-to-date. It's fine during the day when the room is light.

    Hi @Jig135. Can you share a video of this happening? Are the IR lights activating? Are there any other visible light sources? What specific camera model is this? Thanks neighbor

      I have had this happen 2 times during very cold weather. It was where it was switching between night vision and regular lighted mode. To fix it all i had to do was switch the lights on and off to help kick it back to the proper mode.
