Progress yet on camera disconnecting after 10 minutes? Can you (Ring) please share the expected date for fixing this problem? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @user82950. If you're referring to the Live View, it will automatically time out after around 10 minutes. This behavior is intended. You can activate the Live View again after it has timed out if needed. Please keep in mind that this will cause the battery to drain more quickly on battery powered devices.
