Blurry first 5 seconds of video
I have read a few threads on here with users experiencing the same thing and haven’t seen any real recommendations. The first 5 seconds of every video is blurry and then it resolves itself and becomes clear. I’ve reset the network and signal strength on the camera is excellent. Even when you download the video its still blurry. It’s pretty annoying and debating returning the cameras if I cannot get this resolved.

I replaced my old corroding 2020 Ring Doorbell with a 2025 Pro and have the same issue. Every recording the same 4 seconds the recording is blurry. Live view is perfect. Internet connection and reception is almost perfect. I installed an new 802.11ac acces-point in the wooden garage 4 meters from my doorbell. RSSI is -55 on the ring doorbell, so that is also almost excellent. I have a 1000 mbit fiber internet connection with 4ms latency to the Amsterdam internet router. I am dissapointed in this Pro doorbell, it feel cheap and plastic. My wife things it is crap. The fish eye camera is also weird compared with the previous old doorbell. The previous one felt more solid and had a nice copper color casing.

Hi @user71918. What is the RSSI for this camera? Try connecting your device to a WiFi hotspot and see if this behavior remains. This will let you know if the issue is network related.
