Battery stuck, no blue light, can’t reconnect to wifi

My Stick-Up Canm stopped connecting to my wifi. When I tried to reconnect, I get sent to “push the orange button and wait for blue light to flash.” No blue light. The troubleshooting process suggests charging the battery. Battery has been connected to solar charger and reads 82% but I try to get battery out to recharge it anyway. Battery is completely stuck. Won’t budge. So I have an expensive piece of plastic that does nothing. Help!
