Battery Spotlight Cameras connect to 'phantom' solar panels

I recently removed the batteries from my four Spotlight Cameras for recharging. On refitting the charged batteries two of these cameras now think they're connected to solar panels; which they are not. These 'phantom' solar panels are shown in the iOS app but don't appear via ring.com. I've rebooted and reset these cameras, I've also restarted the iOS app and restarted my iOS devices but these cameras still think they are attached to solar panel.

Hi @macockwell. This sounds like a visual bug that shouldn't impact the performance of your Spotlight Cams. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed before attempting to reboot the Cameras via the [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) in the Ring app. If that still doesn't resolve this, please reach out to our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us#callus) so they can gather any necessary details to look into this further.
