Automate camera siren in preset hours

Create a feature on stick up cameras and wireless doorbells to automate siren when person is detected between preset times. eg. 1am to 4am automatic siren sounds if person is detected outside my house or near my cars. Deter thief's and alert home owners PRIOR to the theft.
