Yes me. Got mine yesterday. Same problem,,, For now .. I just got a 13amp double adapter plug,,, Opened up the saftety tabs by pushing screwdriver into earth terminal, then plugged euro plug into it. Just to enable me to set it all up.But then ordered a 13amp/euro plug adaptor for a more permanent fix. Hello there, I'm going to piggyback on this thread and report that I'm after receiving my Indoor Cam (Gen 2) and it arrived with an european plug, even if my location is Ireland, hence was expecting a UKI adaptor. Is there a way to swap this for the correct one? my order number. thanks.

I've also had the same experience. Purchased a camera from Ireland and it was shipped with the EU plug.I reached out to customer support who said just go and buy it from a physical store. I pay for ring protect and get a discount and the agent didn't care, said yeah I won't get a discount from a retail store, and they just have the EU plugs for Ireland, they can't send one with a UK plug from the UK to Ireland.The Irish RIng store for accessories shows the plugs as EU plugs instead of UK plugs. It seems like the entire Ring Irish store is set up incorrectly. Yes Ireland is in the EU, but the plug used here is a Brittish/UK plug.I'm very disappointed with the customer support but hopefully based on the experience of not just myself the website and the issue will be fixed

I know this is an old thread, but four years later, this is still happening. I ordered two Ring Indoor Cameras (2nd Gen) in November 2023 (a couple of weeks ago), and they arrived with the wrong power plug.Ireland is in the EU, but we use a UK power socket. I have been sent an EU plug that only works on the continent, not here.In the same order, there was a Ring Chime, which is fine since it comes with multiple socket adaptors. But the Cameras do not.This is a safety concern and a serious EU and Irish legislation breach. Ring should really be doing better if they want to avoid legal issues down the road.

I am going to jump on this Thread also i purchased a security alarm which came with a free indoor camera as part of the deal back on the Black Friday sale. Everything EXCEPT the indoor camera came with UK plugs i found this to be very strange. I need this resolved ASAP thanks.
