Account recovery for lost SIM cards

Good day! Is there any way to reset my Ring account since I already sold and reset my old iPhone 8 and I also lost the SIM card that was used to register to my old account. I can’t reset my account since Ring only supports N. America and I am from the Philippines. Thanks!
