Accidental damage to new stick up camera
Newly purchased stick up cam accidentally damaged. Battery cover damaged. Is it possible to get the battery cover replaced?

I did exactly that! I dropped it whilst up the ladder.Ring were brilliant. They tried sending me a replacement cover, but sent the wrong one, so in the end they sent me a complete new sealed unit and a returns label to send them the broken one.No charge.
