Unable to subscribe to ring protect plan

I need to purchase a ring protect plan. However everytime i hit subscribe on the basic plan it takes me to another page and shows a constant loading symbol but will not load the page to let me subscribe. I have tried on the app and on the website. I want to purchase one ASAP. Please help! Thanks!

Hi @NWalendzewicz. Make sure you have a Ring device set up on your account first, or you will not be able to purchase a Ring Protect plan. If you are still not able to subscribe online, give our support team a call for assistance.
