Subscription renewal issues - no information

We have had Ring cameras and Ring Protect subscription for several years with no issues. All of a sudden, today I clicked on a video for a motion detected 5 minutes ago and I get a messsge "Your trial has expired". What trial?? We have been paying for years!! No emails about account or billing issues. We have not changed emails or address or added any new devices. Anyone know what would cause this message all of a sudden?

Hi @d87ea6771d8833406dc8. Have you recently purchased a new Ring device? Every time you purchase a new device, it comes with a 30 day free trial. It's possible that if you bought a new device, you set it up on a new [Location](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983-Managing-Ring-Devices-Using-Locations). If that happened, it may bot be covered under your Ring Protect plan until you change Locations. Let me know if this is the case.
