Ring not recording
troubleshooting
My ring camera was recently off for awhile due to a move. I have since out it back up and have been charged the $9.99 for my plan however my camera is not saving recordings. When I go to the ring.com. It tells me I have to select a subscription but I’m already paying one. I’m not sure what I need to do. Thank you
