  Hi @userdk23. Once a video has been deleted from your Ring app, either manually or because the [Video Storage Time](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-) ran out, it cannot be retrieved. There are no backups of videos stored for privacy reasons. This also applies if you cancel your [Ring Protect plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans), you will no longer have access to video recording, including existing videos.
