Plan subscription

Question

I bought plan for ring doorbell. I choose monthly payment but from my account was taken yearly payment. Is it possible to change that for monthly instead yearly and if that yearly payment will refund?

Hi @user44046. Yes, you can cancel your yearly subscription and receive a refund for any unused time. After the subscription is canceled, you can sign up for the monthly plan instead.
