Plan changes

My plan was up in June 2025, since I'm already paying for it, I guess, I wanted to upgrade to premium. First chat Nathaniel says do this, cancel resign up get Premium trial for 6 months, I do that, however no spot to sign up for Premium only Standard. Go back to chat next guy Rolin does not get what I'm trying to do, I paid for it just move me to premium, he says your getting it with trial, but that's not what I want come November, I will be in the same spot, all I want is to b e moved to the plan I'm paying for why is that so hard, and why doesn't anyone understand. Am I missing something? Im already paying for Premium just put me in that plan, $200 later, nothing has change except a charge on my credit card for a plan I want to upgrade but can't.
