payment verification
I have just added a camera to my doorbell plan and upgraded the secuity plan. i paid the first months payment, but now i am receiving emaild from ring asking me to verify my payment method. when i go to do this, it is wanting another payment. if i dont do this, they will terminate my protection plan. does anyone know why this is and what to do about it. thank you
