Paid for subscription but saying its ran out

Hi I've paid my subscription monthly the payment has gone out of my bank I have a registered account yet every day I get a notification saying its been cancelled and the vidio recording has stopped quite its impossible to speak to anyone live chat is useless i feel the system is very sketchy frankly I wish I had invested in a real cctv system not a ghost
