Not charging

My ring camera has charged well right up until today. I plugged it in to charge it and the blue lights don’t light up around the circle. This is the second ring camera I’ve had that did this to me. Anyone know if I have to get a new one or is there a way to charge it?

Hi @user_4ebef5. Try using a different charging cable and charging block to see if it makes a difference. Try also factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds.
