hi, I have no event history for both of my pet cams. Had subscription since 19th November and nothing is showing. My pet suddenly passed away and we want the footage from the cameras that were on while we were out/at work.

Hi @user_e41794. Are you able to Live View from your cams? If so, does that Live View appear in your Event History afterwards? It may take 5-10 minutes to it to process and appear. How long is your Video Storage Time set for? You can find more information about that here: https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/1nce1/Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time
