    Hi @cwxmas. I would verify that your Ring Protect Plan subscription is setup correctly on Ring.com. If it is, and you are still having this issue, Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.

      we have same error msg but just subscribed to ring protect basic… i think perhaps we cont to get the orange error msg b/c one if of our 4 cameras is not part of the plan? oh well as long as recording the ones we asked for i guess we just ignore the error msg? it is a bit unnerving ea time open and see that tho

        Hi @user73432. Yes, if you have a camera that is not subscribed to the Ring Protect Plan, you will get a message saying that your recordings are not being saved.
