I have basic plan but no recordings are being save

I have a basic plan that runs out at the end of January 2024. My ring cam is working but the recordings are not being saved. The message says my ring protect trial has expired. Any suggestions?

      I have the exact same issue since yesterday when I changed wifi on my doorbell. I try to reach Ring out on the chat. But its seems that it’s never is opened.
