We bought only Ring cameras and do our own monitoring. Today , 04/19/2023, I find that our modes are no longer on our dashboard. When I check into settings, the ENABLE MODES is grayed out. I had a too brief chat on chatline saying now i need to buy into a plan.... TRUTH?Again, we only have cameras, no alarm no door bells etc.... why should we have to pay into a plan? is there anyway around this without quiting ring al together.
