Changed my front door ring

I’ve had to buy a new front door bell ring as the last ones battery kept failing. I’ve already paid a subscription so I can save video footage.Do I now have to re pay for this , as I have a new ring doorbell?

Hi @user40697. You can cancel the subscription you purchased for your old Ring Doorbell and receive a refund for the unused portion of time. You can learn more about how to do that [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-Cancel-a-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plan). Then you can [subscribe](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan) to a new monthly or annual Ring Protect plan for the new Doorbell you've set up.
